You still have time to make delicious New Year dishes featuring Napoleon, gravlax, and crepes

Welcoming the New Year calls for a special menu that combines elegance, flavor, and tradition. If you want to impress your guests, here's the three recipes in English from three of my favorite cooking websites that will help you to add typical Russian New Year dishes inspired by Italian, French and Scandinavian traditions to your table.

Bringing It All Together for Your New Year Celebration

Planning ahead helps make the cooking process smooth. Gravlax requires at least 24 hrs. to cure, so prepare it early. Napoleon cake benefits from resting for a couple of hours or overnight. Crepes can be made fresh on the day, or batter can be prepared in advance.

Enjoy the process of creating these dishes and sharing them with friends or family.

С Новым годом!
